CAD/Pattern orders are made in the following steps:
For high-value payments, your card company may call you to verify your identity for security reasons.
If, during the verification process, we determine that the order is not normal, such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under someone else's name, we may suspend or cancel the order at our discretion.
Available points (total points - used points) can be used immediately when purchasing products.
When using accumulated points, the minimum purchasable accumulated points (the minimum amount of accumulated points required for purchase) is 5,000 won.
When using accumulated points, the maximum purchasable accumulated points (maximum amount of accumulated points that can be used at one time) is ‘no limit.’
When an order is cancelled/refunded, any accumulated points from the purchase of the product will also be cancelled.
When you cancel your membership, your accumulated points will automatically be canceled.
If no additional savings are accumulated for 3 years from the date of final savings, the savings will be forfeited.

After ordering and paying for the pattern you want, you can check the file by checking the downloads in My Page.
Files downloaded after purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please be aware that you may be subject to legal liability if you copy and resell the purchased pattern files.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from [My Page]. When you cancel, billing will stop and you can use your license until the end of your current subscription period.
Cancellation of subscription will take effect at the end of the current subscription period for which you have already been billed. Therefore, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.
