   [Open Market] Can I download the pattern file I purchased multiple times? Is there an expiration date?

   Purchased patterns can be reused up to 5 times ( including direct opening or download of UTTU CAD )

   There is no expiration date.

   [Open Market] I made a mistake in my order and want to cancel it.

   UTTU CAD Orders that have not been opened or downloaded can be cancelled.

   However, you are obligated to redistribute the modified data to the platform. If you would like to share how your data has been modified, please select the appropriate license.

   [Open Pattern] I want to produce with a purchased pattern file. Is it possible to modify or grade it?

   Yes, it is possible depending on the seller.

   Please contact the seller of the pattern in question.

7. Q.

   [Membership Registration/Withdrawal] Is there a difference between a general member and a seller member?

   General members are UTTU CAD , UTTU Nest , and are basic members who can make purchases at Pattern Market.

   Seller members are basically the same as general members and can register and sell products on Pattern Market.

   
   

   You can choose this when you first sign up, and you can also convert to a seller membership after signing up as a general member.

   Seller members are approved after verification by the administrator.
