It can be used without any problems on most laptops and PCs running Windows 10 or higher .
However, there are minimum specifications for comfortable use .

[System] How do I use UTTU CAD on my MacBook or MacOC?
Currently, UTTU CAD cannot be used directly on Mac OS.
UTTU CAD runs natively on Windows OS only.
However, after installing Windows, you can use UTTU CAD in it by referring to the following.
1. Models equipped with Intel chips before 2020
- Install Windows in a virtual machine such as Boot Camp or Parallels Desktop for Mac
→ UTTU CAD Installation
2. Models equipped with the M1 (M2, M3, etc.) chip after 2020
- You can install and use Windows in a virtual machine, such as Parallels Desktop for Mac.
- You can install it in the following order.
[Installation] CAD installation fails on Windows OS.
UTTU CAD installation requires Windows 10 or later operating system.
If your version of Windows does not meet these requirements,
Please try installing after upgrading your operating system to the latest version via Windows Update.

[Installation] An error message appears during installation. How do I resolve this?
- Duplicate execution : Close all open installers and then run the installer again.
- Running CAD : Close all open UTTU CAD programs and then run the installer again.
- For public PCs: Installation may be blocked by security or administrator programs on some public PCs, such as school labs. Please contact the lab administrator for installation instructions.
- In other cases
1) Check the time setting
- Press Window Key + R to display Run.
- Enter the following: ( ms-settings:dateandtime)
- Make sure the 'Set time automatically' item is turned on.

2) Check user account information
- Press Window Key + R to display Run.
- Enter the following ( ms-settings:account)
- Make sure you have administrator privileges.

[Troubleshooting] Graphics operations do not work, such as lines not being drawn or numbers not being entered.
This issue is related to your graphics driver version. It occurs because your graphics card's driver version is outdated.

Problems with entering numbers in chat windows not working can be caused by a variety of reasons.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Check number input in another program : Open another program, such as Notepad or a web browser, and check if number input is working properly.
2. Check the state of the toggle keys : Toggle keys like Ctrl, Alt, and Shift may have been accidentally activated. Try resetting the state by pressing each key a few times.
3. Check if the UTTU CAD window is active : Make sure the UTTU CAD window is active. If it is not, click on it with your mouse to make it active.
4. Check the keyboard input type at the bottom right : Please check if the keyboard input method is set to 'Hancom Input Method'. Click the part in the picture below to change it to 'Microsoft Input Method' .

How do I set up [Float]?
On the plotter machine, the setting should be HPGL.
If you are using Yuka CAD and a Graphtec plotter, your plotter is most likely set to GPGL.
(In this case, if you output from UTTU, an error such as Out of area will occur on the plotter.)
Graphtec CE-6000 and below
- Set the plotter to CE-6000 and connect it via serial port (COM).
Graphtec CE-7000 or higher
- Just set the plotter to CE-7000 and connect it via Wifi.
